WORK EXPERIENCE
He began his career in the scope of the family office, as general lawyer. In the beginning of 2007, he joined the Corporate Department of Bufete Barrilero yAsociados, in its office of Madrid, focusing mainly on the company’s comprehensive advice, Companies Law, M&A and contractual matters.
Since May 2011, he is part of the Corporate Department of Mavens, where he is focused on matters concerning the Companies Law and business restructurings and,furthermore, on operations of sale and purchase of companies and/or assets, with their
corresponding Due Diligence proceedings.
